The Mokena Chamber of Commerce Presents The 5th Annual Mokena Food & Wine Festival Saturday, August 23, 2008 Noon to 6:00 P.M. A variety of wines were specially paired with dishes from local restaurants. Fest-goers enjoyed the festival atmosphere and browsed the gift booths while enjoying live music by the Dave Molinari Band The Fest is held on the grounds of the McGovney-Yunker Farmstead - listed on the National Register of Historic Places Enjoy food sampling, 12 wine tastings and a souvenir glass with each ticket! You must be 21 years of age for admittance to the Mokena Food and Wine Festival. |
